You practise on your own time
You complete the generated activities whenever suits you; what you produce feeds the next session.
We work from applied research on how AI supports adult language learning, and use it to extend your program rather than to replace any part of it. Interactive exercises are generated against your assessed level, the gaps your own work reveals, and the specific requests you bring to your coach.
Vocabulary and grammar are practised in the situations you named at intake, so the material you drill is the material you will use. The activities are available whenever you have time, which is what makes independent hours worth committing to.
AI takes no pedagogical decisions; it works as an assistant to human experts. Your level is assessed, your program designed and your coaching delivered by people — AI supports the independent hours between sessions.
Who designs your program
Programs at Bespoke Executive French are not assembled from a template. They are designed by specialists in how adults actually acquire a second language, and revised against the evidence of your own work.
The design team combines learning science, adult education, cognitive science and applied French-language teaching, with years of experience across the settings where professional French is assessed.
Suitability
Private coaching is a considered commitment on both sides. The points below describe the conditions under which this work tends to be productive, and the conditions under which a different arrangement would serve you better.
Fees
There is no standard program and therefore no standard fee. The scope of an engagement depends on your assessed level, the situations in which you need to use French, your timeline, and the amount of live and independent work the program requires.
The process begins with a complimentary private consultation. We then assess your current French and define the requirements of the program. Once those inputs are clear, you receive a proposed program structure and an individual quote before deciding whether to proceed.

No. Each engagement begins with an assessment and is designed around the client’s level, objectives, schedule and preferred ways of learning. The program continues to change in response to actual performance.
Yes — solid grammar is what makes you understood, taken seriously, and able to keep improving on your own once a program ends. It is not taught as a separate sequence: grammar is built into the speaking and writing tasks your professional life actually requires. At B1, for instance, the subjunctive is introduced through giving nuanced feedback on a project — making practical suggestions and framing criticism constructively.
Yes. Personalised independent work is part of the engagement and reinforces the priorities established in live coaching.
No. Speaking, listening, reading and writing are integrated according to the client’s professional needs.
Where useful, your program may include structured AI-supported practice, together with guidance on using AI more effectively for independent language learning. AI supplements professional instruction; it does not replace it.
Duration depends on the starting point, objective, intensity and time available for independent work. Program structure is discussed after the initial consultation and assessment.
The approach works best from A2 upward, where there is already enough language to build on. We do occasionally take complete beginners — write to us and we will consider your case individually.
Yes. We prepare candidates for DELF, DALF, TEF and TCF, with a success rate above 90 per cent at DELF B2 and DALF C1. Preparation is built around the format of the examination as well as the language it tests.
Sessions are held online, in whichever tool you already use — Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. Nothing new has to be installed or learned before the first session.
A session runs between 30 and 45 minutes. How often sessions fall is set by your schedule and by the live hours your agreement carries, rather than by a fixed weekly pattern.
Your agreement carries a number of live hours to be used within the prepaid period. If you need to move a session, we will do our best to open additional slots so that none of those hours are lost. Late cancellations and missed sessions are not credited, but we replace the lost practice with additional independent speaking and listening work.
You and your coach share a single workspace. Every document, recording and note used in the program is stored and organised there, so material stays in one place and remains available to you throughout.
Programs are quoted individually because their scope varies with the client's starting level, objectives, timeline and required intensity. Following a complimentary consultation and assessment, you receive a proposed program structure and a quote before deciding whether to proceed.
For complete beginners, we discuss your goals, professional context, and availability for live sessions and independent work. From A2 level, we also conduct speaking and written assessments. Once we have the necessary information, our team designs a custom curriculum and sends it with a programme quote for your approval.
